Rear Shocks - what is left of them

Post by sebking »

Did some haulage work a few weekends back, then some fooling about in the snow. This w/e a trip to the cotswolds and while we were there did a tip run.

On the way back I thought that some of the potholes felt a bit worse than normal. Had a quick look when I got home to find that it appears the shocks have leaked most of their oil over the springs and, wheels and rear.

Now added a pair of shocks to the to do list.

Dang. At least they're easy to change and relatively cheap.

The ride quality is so much better now. £22 for a pair of shocks and it's like a new car! The whole family has commented on the improvement.
