Phew, seems a lot of work. I wonder if it is worth the effort? :?

Around here such changes would have to be certified to be road legal I should think. Not a trivial task and with the large number of Disco's being wrecked these days, surely it would be easier to stick Disco running gear under there, diff's, axles and the rest.

Despite some rather good workmanship in certain areas, it wouldn't be legal in Queensland by a long shot.

If you were determined to go disc, I would look at the Rocky Mountain kit or similar.

As annoying as the drum arrangement is, when well maintained it is acceptable.

Very nice work, but I think I'd be tempted to just go and buy a 110 if I wanted disc brakes that badly though.
