Displaying new postings

Is there a way for me to see new postings to the forum only, from any/all of the forums?
The symbol on the left of the threads should be filled orange when there is a new post. Then if you going into that forum, the individual posts that are new are at the top of the list and also have the symbol on the left filled orange.
