Without comparing dimensions on the chassis drawings I would say it should be a straightforward swap. The biggest differences are likely to be the steering and the fuel tanks.
The steering would only need a 110 column to be a complete 110 system, I know of them being fitted to series to give powersteer so shouldnt be hard.
I am looking at fitting underseat series tanks to my 110, the outriggers are slightly different there but appear to be the same where the body mounts. The rear tank looks to be the same as RR (later classic) a series one wouldnt easily fit.

Is your chassis beyond repair? I think the likes of designa chassis build series chassis with coil suspension mounts.

Thanks Primsil,
My chassis is beyond repair but i want to keep leaf springs (long trips eastwards). There is a lot of 110 chassis around in reasonable condition for small money, so i thought to use 110 ladder as a base and weld on it spring hengers.
