just want to introduce myself, im matt, live in Torquay Devon. ive owned my 1982 s11 stg 1 v8 109 truck cab for about 5yrs now, ive had the engien rebuilt (cost a fortune) :cry: but well worth it wen petrol use isnt da prob, its the amount of oil your useing!!!. its standerd 3.5 with hilift cam for torq, & 4 barrle webber carb, get bout 12-14 mpg just runing about, but dose shift.. :D put on parobolic springs, cobra seats (v comfy) electric twin fans, s s exhaust, replacment head lights. spec made side bars, thats besides the norm parts replaced due to wear n tear. al breaks parts, petrol tank, ect. still lots to do. as norm dont get much time to work on it. do love having an excuse to take it out for a drive.. will if i ever wfk out how to will put som pics on. well heres a link, il just add the dented one is not mine... :D

put in the address on post n nothing happens!!! put pics on pictuerbay, they even giv a forum address, just dosnt work. mite try diff host site.

I use PhotoBucket. Always works for me and has three different types of address line to copy and paste.

use Then type the word you want to appear instead of the url followed by

Make sure its all on one line with no spaces next to the ] & [

its not tobad a place, biggest prob for me though is not much in the way of landrover stores like scorpion ect down here, and no big shows down here anymore, would love to go to billing ect but would cost me a fortune in fuel in the landy, n cant go to a landy show in my girlfriends citron :shock: plus wouldnt be able to get all the bits id buy into her car....
why do we do it to our selves!!!

thanks, if dont get to billing this yr goin to do me best to get there next time, one good thing is thou OEC is only a few miles away :lol: so will have to pay a visit wen over that way next..
