Stage 1 HiCap on ebay
Hi
For any of you lot thinking about this one. I can vouch for the Stage 1 Hi Cap. I have one. It has been by far the most usefull Land Rover i have ever owned. I spoilt myself the other day and bought a 90 V8 on gas, lovely thing to tow with but not much room after the Hi Cap.
Go on u know u want it and this looks like a nice one. This is also a bit of L/Rover history here. Arguably, possibly one of the rarest L/Rovers ever made. This was a transisitional model and after a very short production run at the end of S3 production they went to the 110. Possibly only 27 ever made.AS far as i can make out,There are 2 in Cornwall, 1 was recently scrapped in the Midlands, this one and possibly 1 in the Netherlands.
Glencoe has a 110 V8 HiCap which could have followed mine of the line.
