Hey all-

I have cleaned up my right hand exhaust manifold only to find that it is cracked. Does anyone have or have access to a right hand exhaust manifold (the one that the warm air box attaches to)? Part ERC5925. . .

Bobby,

I may have one in my pile of bits. Give me a few days as they are in the back of the stage 1 which is up at a mates farm.

Jon-

Great! Thanks. When you get a chance to look at it, I need it to be fully functional or restorable to fully functional for the emissions police. I guess it is turning out to be a positive that these guys are such Nazis . . . making me work that much harder to take her back to original condition. That will pay off later . . . .

Primsil-

Reference Ginga's difficult ordeal installing his (same headers). If and when I go through the difficulty he did to install them on mine, it will have to be after the inspectors here have passed the landy with all of the original equipment installed. If they caught the Hedman headers on mine at inspection, they could fine me up to $500 because they are not emissions approved. Who would have thought remote Alaska would have the strictest emissions laws in the US? :x

I am pretty sure its ok and will only need re studding. The stage 1 is currently at a mates farm about an hours drive away and all the bits are in the back. I will try and pop up there later in the week and dig it out for you.

I've got one which came off a Rangie and should be the same part (stashed away remotely, so I can't check right now). If Jon can't find a decent one in his pile of bits let me know and I'll investigate.

Thanks anyway Ginga. I need a solid one or it won't pass inspection.

Hi,
I have one of these beasts under the bench, One of the studs has pulled out so the manifold would need to be helicoiled to retain the origional sized stud. and the studs for the warm air assy have also snapped. The manifold itself is good, I'll put the lamp on it this afternoon to see if I can shift the broken air housing studs. Give me a shout, if this is of any help

I've dug out the one which I believe to be from a Rangie but I can't find a
part number on it. Although it's in one piece it's fairly rusty and what I
thought might be the part number on the casting isn't legible. Anyway there are
some photos at http://stage1v8.org.uk/misc/ which might help you decide if it's
likely to be useful. You can click through the medium size photos to the full
2048x1536 size.

I have one from a 3.5 (carb) Range Rover somewhere, but not having looked at it can't remember if this was the same as the stage 1? :)
