That pleases me...
it continues...
Completed the right front fender. The trained eye immediately recognizes that there is one missing "Nothing", so a hole!
Heating wasn't really necessary for Dubai. Therefore there is no hole where you can suck in air.
Cutting the hole isn't a big deal ... but, someone meant it well and reinforced the fender. With 6 mm allurized corrugation
... you could have thought a little.
Well, then we go to the operation and put on the flex ...
So that the paint didn't get too hot, I had to let it cool down every now and then.
...fits!
...the same procedure on the other side
Basic gynecological training is useful in order to tighten the top three screws on the sheet metal between the fender and foot box on the right. On the left, that doesn't help either. Then you have to come up with something ...
Sit!
... I think most series look worse on the top than the Sandy in the wheel arch!
... and around the top it also makes an impression!
... but the list of to-do's is still long
What could be removed from the list?
The electrics in the engine compartment sorted. I converted the main headlights to relay control. I use the original line to control the relay. A new, thick line brings the electricity. This means that the power no longer runs through the switches or through the standard wiring harness.
Functionally it's wonderful, but I don't really like the solution (yet).
Then screwed on the front mask and grill. Unfortunately, the lower grill for the oil cooler opening is missing in the puzzle
You can't buy such a thing ...
The Sandy is now absolutely modern! I also installed a KERS system
Then the headlight inserts were installed.
The grill from the oil cooler has also gotten some color ...
... and then first ride !!
