I notice your trayback has the filler just behind door. Where as mine has it where a wagons is.

They must have kept changing it as the original brochure has the wagon fill point.

Hi,

Yes I thought that also however on investigation it turned out there had been fitted a 2nd tank in behind the cabin.
This unfortunately was removed to make way for the larger gas tank and had also rusted badly.
Most of the brackets and hoses are still there so will probably put it back when I eventually remove the gas system.
Installation of the gas system has made a mess under the tray.

Also I do like the look of your Stage 1 tray back, I hope to have mine registered and being able to use it sooner rather than later.

P.S. The rear tank is still fitted. Ill try to get some good detail shots when I see it again at Easter.
It can be hard when your restoration projects are over 3000kms away

Same to you, was good to finally catch up.
And the accolade of leading the Series 3s made it even better.
I made it back to QLD, but will be changing the fuel type from 100% LPG back to Petrol
Had some fun on the way home finding a station that carried LPG and also not at a crazy price!
