Does anyone have an original Aussie brochure?
I had one years ago but it's been gone for a long time.
All the net downloads only have UK ones.
Australian Stage One sales brochure
Re: Australian Stage One sales brochure
I have one for Land-Rover 3.5.
Re: Australian Stage One sales brochure
Does it have good photos of the tray back?
I want to use the photos to get mine to as close to original as possible.

Not sure what you mean. Tray backs were not a standard fitment. Many LR's were sold as bare chassis that the owners had outfitted with a tray from the local coach builder, that they built their self, or even one from another vehicle.

Some pic's. They are not necessarily the best pics, just a random selection.

Leyland Australia offered steel or aluminium trays as factory fitted configuration from new. Steel units appear to be colour coded with the cab. If anything cab chassis was the odd model to find. Undoubtedly some dealers sourced their own trays locally as required, for any cab chassis in stock.
Re: Australian Stage One sales brochure
Thanks for the info. The brochure I had had the tray backs in it. It's mainly to see wheel colour and mirror placement.
A mate put me onto the book Land Rover Series 3 specification guide which I am hoping has some more photos.

The one on the back cover is what I was looking for.

Right. Motorcorp were not so well organised. Which I guess is why there are so many variants here.map1275 wrote:Leyland Australia offered steel or aluminium trays as factory fitted configuration from new.
