Rear fog light switch knob

I'm looking for an original rear fog light switch knob in good condition from/for the central instrument panel, the type that illuminates orange when pulled. I think this is a Lucas made switch but I haven't been able to discover even the part number, Lucas or Land Rover, for this particular switch, so if anyone happens to know that, or if this particular switch was ever originally used on any other vehicle, even that info might help. Thanks

Sent a couple of private messages but heard nothing further, so I guess I'm still looking (only my first message seems to have been sent and all subsequent attempts have got stuck in the outbox for some reason, so sorry if this is just a communication problem)
