Looking for some stage 1 bits?
I'm selling my stage 1 in bits, I have acquired a defender.
24V starters, 2 front prop shafts mint, rear diff... all sorts, basically entire vehicle, good chassis, bulkhead etc...

long shot this one
I'm after a front prop flange (from the gearbox) to fit the proper stage 1 prop
Would you be prepared to split it from the gearbox? and if so how much would you be looking inc postage to the UK (not in a rush so could go sea freight) - obviously shipping the whole gearbox wouldn't be viable

Hey mate, I'll look into it, see what is involved, and freight costs. I'll get back to you on that.5988 wrote:long shot this one

Just to clarify, front prop flange, do you mean the whole front output unit, or just the coupling flange off the end of the shaft?
Just letting you know though, I have got the whole LT95 listed on our equivalent of ebay, and really would prefer to sell it whole, not much call for it in bits I doubt, my reserve is NZ$100, but it is semi stripped with a worn intermediate shaft in the transfer case, so may well not sell.

Headlights are gone unfortunately, a mate has dibs on the indicator switch otherwise I would have called you and offered it to you. Sorry bout that. Good news though... I'll put the tidiest of the 3 starters I've got aside for you ($100) if you are keen.disco2hse wrote:Mac, I'd be after one of those starters and that new indicator switch you got, and the head light lenses if they are in good nick.
1 outta 3 aint that good is it....

TBH the starter was just a second thought. I just bought a new one a couple of years ago, so not keen on spending bucks on a second secondhand one now.
What I really need a is a new indicator switch, not a secondhand one, and new or good headlight reflectors.
Can't really think of anything else I need right now.
Oh,... what are your swivels like?

Hey mate, having now sold some parts off one for more than I wanted for the 2 gearboxes, I now have a flange that is yours for the price of shipping. I will get it off the output shaft this weekend, package it up and get a price to ship it to you. Just pm me with the address to send it....5988 wrote:Kiwistage1V8 wrote:That bit ^^5988 wrote:long shot this one

Can understand not wanting to split it - if you were in the UK id have the whole lot, but shipping the box would be ... well...
quick question, are the flanges stage 1 specific? Or will the one off the RR LT95 be OK? Just that that is the one I have stripped down.... But I don't mind either way.

Fits the prop you measured in this thread http://www.stage1v8.org.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1578
The RR one is smaller as the RR didn't have a doubble cardan prop
pm on its way
Cheers
