Anyone know the standard gear ratio for a 1984 Defender 110?
I've got a stock rolling chassis, with the original V8, Gearbox, and transfer case. Salisbury axels front and rear... no mods.
I need to order some parts, but I'm away from home (can't check my manuals), and I cannot recall what the gear ratio is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

i assume you mean transfer high ratio?

Diffs are 3.54 same as RRC/Disco/:ater 110/Stage 1
Main box is same as RRC etc with direct top gear

This is quickly taken from the 1986 Directory:
High Ratios:
RR = 1.174:1
101 = 1.174:1
109 V8 = 1.336: 1
110 V8 = 1.34:1
Low Ratio, all appear to be 3.321:1
The favourite mod was to swop to RR gear cluster.
