Had my prop develop a lot of wear recently, sods law I replaced it with a second hand one which was fine for a few weeks and then started to vibrate as well.

Sent the old one to Reco Prop, http://www.reco-prop.com/ who used it to make me up a new one for around £250.

I had already checked to see if any were in stock, none at Landrover and if they had been then the last stock price was around £400.

Checked and no other prop seems to be the same length.

Hopefully they still have the dimensions, if not I have an old one you could have to get them to copy again. Pleased witht heir work and my garage man ahs used them before for custom triallers etc.

They can recon your old one if you have it, but mine was pretty worn so would have been about the same price

Hi,

I have measured the rear prop for you and the closed length is 100.5 cms and the extended length is 105.5 cms. These measurements are flange face to flange face.

Cheers

A big thanks from me, too, as I needed that information as well! Now I can send a 4-cylinder prop away to be changed. :D
