I'm thinking of selling my stage 1 V8......

Don't do it!!!
I always regret selling my first 109 V8, way back in 1986. (LPL 465 W, where are you now?).
Then I bought WORT, and what did I do? Sold it! OK the mortgage company was on my case, but in hindsight I didn't really need to sell it. So I had to buy it back.
Long hot summer on it's way, take the top off (assuming its not a SW) and cruise down to the beach/pub/barbecue, listening to that V8 power. You know you'll regret it if you sell.
