Fuel pipe or fittings

I'm chasing the plastic fuel return pipe (assembly) or the steel fitting at the tank end of the hose (male/male).
I haven't been able to find a source for a new pipe assembly, nor the steel fittings in order to make a new one.
My original plastic hose has been chopped off at the tank end.
If some one has salvaged the entire part, or just a broken off piece of plastic with the correct fitting still attached, please let me know.
