Rivets for door step mat

Has anyone found a source or Rover part number for the bifurcated rivet found on the late Series III door steps (what holds the rubber mat in place)?

All I can find genuine is the earlier aluminium rivet and all the rivet suppliers I contacted don't supply or manufacture the same size.

This is the earlier aluminium rivet.
