are you sure it is leaking from the front
Looks like it could be the rear oil seals?
Easy job but annoying.

Thank you all, I still must have to read more to understand you.
However, this is a diagram to see all the axle.

Stage One Hub
This is from the parts book - you may need to replace part # RTC 3511. This is different than the Series III 109 & 88 parts.

nope breather is on the axle not the hub assembly (sits on top of the axle casing next to the diff -long side of casing)landdani wrote:Am I using the right photo? I van not see the (axle breath) ?
I don`t know if I have the o-ring nor the split pin any way.
Do I need to refill the oil?
though from your pics with the new hub caps im not seeing a leak..or is it leaking from the backplate..?
not that one
look on page 180 of the parts book
http://www.landroverv8.com/manuals/seri ... tslist.pdf
part no 515845
it probably wont fix the oil leak (usualy once the seal has been damaged it wont re-seal) may be looky though and unblocking it will help...but if its blocked it will cause it again as soon as you do fix it
Id fit extended breathers personaly as i fund these always getting blocked when the vehicle was used off road

The leak has stopped in one side but continued on the other side (front and rear).
Now I can see what is the (axle breath), but what her job? cooling oil?

the fact that you have the leak on the outside of the tires suggests it isnt the hub seal
I would go back and check you have the O-Rings under the hub caps-
next i would replace the drive flange gaskets -231505 (assuming youve checked the bolts are tight
the splatter on the wheel looks liek said gasket - but the gasket wont normaly give the big puddle in the first pic
id also keep an eye on the axel oil level untill the leaks fixed
