Says it's on gas, but it looks like it's on a trailer to me.
"Assistance with delivery may be an option" = "I will make sure you take it away"
"Hard to get in this condition" = "Hard to get home in this condition"
" Runs very well on gas - petrol unknown, presumed okay" 'Presumed'? Why not try it? No doubt runs very well on hot air too.
"priced to sell" With a reserve?
What price??
Now someone tell me it's a bargain, and that I must have got the exchange rate wrong.

Something's not right and I can't pick it. My inclination is that it's a body from an earlier four or six cylinder. Why the Compliance Plate has been removed? Not sure if it has a distributor or a magneto.

Good point. I assumed that it was a manufacturers local plate, because Oz had a lot of CKD didn't it?
The tunnel, etc look original.

Back up again. Great condition, but this "In fact the reserve is not set at near £50,000 or even £40,000 it is actually set closer to twenty thousand then even thirty thousand," suggests the reserve is 24k. Not sure it is worth that much.

Hadn't seen that - couldn't be bothered to read that far. Reserves are just a waste of everyone's time.

The spiel is painful. Obviously the greed inspired salesman was bored to tears that day. I didn't get the bottom either. At 9000, even with all the rusty bolts it isn't bad. I assume the rubber cord door stays are included with the sale. Undoubtedly a standard County feature.

Fairly honest and legit. Be a lot of work for someone but worth it.
