New stage 1 owner from Australia
New stage 1 owner from Australia
G'day guys thanks for letting me join. Iv owned a few discos, a few patrols, a few jeeps and a heap of pajeros. All pretty extremely modified. Iv now bought something Iv always wanted. Well I act always wanted any series rover. I didn't even know about stage 1s. I went and looked at this and thought the front looked a little different so after some investigation I discovered it was a stage 1... Anyway she is very original and unmolested but tired and rough. It won't get a full resto but all running gear will be repaired or replaced as necessary. All new brakes and suspension, paint and body will probably stay as is as I like the distressed look. Lol

Hi,
Welcome aboard. Look fairly straight from the outside. Is it V8 or diesel?

Yeh she is pretty straight mate, other than the right rear 1/4 panel which has a pretty minor ding.... She is a v8 that starts easily but idles high and occasionally fluctuates in rpm so the poor old carbs may need a freshen up lol
