Hello my names Neil.

Post by Yeti »

I am the proud owner of a Stage 1 V8 CSW.

I'm based in Worcestershire, i've had my wagon since last year and have slowly be working my way around replacing and updating odd bits.

Things were going fine until i made the mistake of lending her to my brother who then managed to pop the clutch hose and damage the syncro cones on third gear, which has led to a replacement gearbox having to be fitted ( x 110 box ).

I have a few pic on the following link

Hi Neil,

Congratulations - looks like a nice one. Did you buy it from MRM ? If yes, how where they to deal with ?

Hi Mik thanks.

She not bad now had a few issues to sort out but i'm getting there, just a few electrical glitches to sort out now.

Yes I did purchase it from MRM.

Not sure i would go back the as he stated she was in A1 nic which was not quite true, the heater didn't and still doesn't work ( blance resistor is broken) and heater controls/cables are jammed the exhaust broke on the way home ( badly patched ) and the fuel filler leaked badly... aside from that she was fine!

I purchased her from ebay so not much come back really.

Bloke struck me as a bit of a wide boy.
