It would have been more enjoyable without the ghastly, irritating muzak - I'd rather just listen to your V8 - it would be more musical. Where was it? You still seem to be changing down gear more often on the tarmac than I would expect to be necessary for a Stage 1 V8 without restrictors and standard Stage 1 gearing.

The V8 sound was drowned out by my thermo fans.

I did most of the uphill in third gear. It's an avg 8% grade that can be done in 4th when you can sit on 60.

I fitted new tyres the other week. Cost me almost half what I paid for it....

Just covered 3400kms in the past 4 weeks on my new tyres. Very happy with them, and even happier with how it ran overall.

I did those kms in 7 days of driving with my biggest day being 850kms. NIl issues too.
