I have just joined the Forum having purchased my first Stage 1 a few days ago .I own a number of other Landys but this is my first encounter with a V8.
I must admit I bought it with the intention of a light refurb and selling on but now I am not so sure as there is something compelling about the sound of the V8.Having driven it back over 200 miles from Norwich I have become rather smitten by it..
I do however need to replace the front leaf springs and probably the shocks.I am also going to replace all the window channels as they have perished.The vehicle appears to be very original and it has only covered 58 K in 29 years.
Having reviewed a lot of the postings ( which I found very helpful) I will be posting my own collection of initial questions which may cause a few eyes to be rolled at their stupidity but please bare with me.
