Dani,

Can you still close the bonnet with that monster sticking out the top?

No wonder your brother said he did 140km/hr. The most I have done with mine is 120 but I was too nervous to go faster.

Nice stuff! You sound like a mad bunch over there! Don't forget to check the camshaft. The V8 wears out camshafts fairly quickly.

I also have fitted EFI plenum and it fits a charm. Carbs are rather high themselves as well, as you can see on Landani's picture.

140 km/h shouldn't be a problem. I max out at 138 km/h on lpg, even with a high torque camshaft that loses top end power in high revs..

HOMS? What's that?

Your trip sounds good - nothing like a V8, hey?

After entering homs, the gear box started to block till it completely blocked, an "EXPERT" tried to fix the problem and the result is :

And I had to tow the car.
NO OIL IN THE GEAR PUMB they say, but they all agree that it is a great car.
New set of boogies for the engine too .
Fixed the leaf.
After I restopped the car the same problem happened again, they told me that the problem is that the gear box oil`s room is empty, so they refill it.
The next day the same problem, I parked the car with the first gear on, and in the morning the same problem again.
I called the carage and they told to simply start the car, and voila it started and the gear hand is free again.
The garage told me that the problem is in the CU "a metal", and I should not park the car on the first gear and park on the second or revers.???

Oh dear. You'd better post this as a new thread so everybody can see it.

The LT95 is a very strong gearbox but can have problems as it ages. Please put a really good description of the problem in a new thread and we can see what we can do.
