Fitting coil springs and shocks

Hi

The 110 LPG is running sweet, so some structural cosmetic attention is needed, and one item on the list is the above. Has anyone got any tips or tricks please when replacing these hefty items.
Do one side at a time, Take the wheels off, disconnect anti-roll bars, and what is ideally the best order of tacking this 'simple' job?
