Brake servo

Post by Geoff »

I wouldn't normally consider using any non-Genuine/OE quality brake parts but I need a new servo and there is a considerable price difference from the aftermarket ones supplied by the usual suspects Britpart/Bearmach/Allmakes, if you can even find a Genuine/TRW one for a Series Land Rover. Anyone got any experience of the quality of these?

No experience with this particular application. However most of the el-mystery brands these days tend to work and fit perfectly well. If anything they just don't last as long or you can't get repair parts.

For the circa 50 pounds for a brand new copy, out of the box (even a BRITPART box), you wouldn't even waste your time looking for a used one.
