Fan blade part number

Post by disco2hse »

Hi,

Just need to confirm the part number for the fan blade. Is it 614739?

Mine is not detoxed but viscous coupling looks the same.

Any recommendations for supplier?

The only other part number (613087) is for the non-viscous type.

614739 is available in the UK both Genuine and pattern, eg:

(This site is useful here:

https://www.landroverworkshop.com/ )

But maybe you are looking for a supplier closer to home?

There is an evolutionary design difference in the tin webbing but still interchangeable. Same fan and coupling as the 2.6 six and I think one model of RR has the same fan and pump so they are fairly popular new and used.
Pump attaches to the coupling by one 7/16 Nylon nut, not four bolts.

Thanks. I found the LRSeries product and like that they have a non-Britpart and non-Bearmach offering. The last one I got only a few years ago has since lost a bit of one blade and split several other blades.

Mine has the four bolts and the viscous coupling.

There are two designs with four bolts (studs) at the viscous coupling. Only one of which attaches to the pump by a single centre nut.

Does Les (kiwiborn) on trade me have any ex army stock?

He does. A lot of it. I am trying to find a way to contact him. trademe does not allow direct messaging between members.
