Thanks. Mine does not need replacing yet, but we are at 285000km, so it will be due some time.

Can I suggest for possible remanufacture the left hand exhaust manifold Part Number ERR2534 (originally ERC3482)? Anyone else interested? (unless anyone knows of a source of NOS I don't)

I could be interested in the LH manifold also - only have a NOS RH ERR2537 in stock :)

Hi All,

Apologies... Been a long time in updating you all on the parts re manufacture side.

We have been extremely busy manufacturing, testing, tweaking and working on so many projects not just Stage one and all these things take time to produce.

but as a bit of a update......

Our stage one chrome swivel kits are selling well and thanks to all those on the group who have purchased them.

We are just looking at doing a CV kit which will include a CV, Drive flange and shims to set the running clearance.

We have resurrected the Heater Control Valve project... We did have interest from some group members but the costs at the time where to great from a manufacture / sales view so the project was stopped.
However times have moved on and we are confident we can reduce manufacturing cost to make this little item more cost effective for all those who wanted one. Keep a eye on our FB page for details https://www.facebook.com/DesignDevelopmentEngineering

Manifolds!!
We have spent months trying to find some good exhaust manifolds......... And 3.5 manifolds are just not out there. ERR2533 (RH) looks to be available so there is no point doing this one. Can we get confirmation on which manifold style is missing and would be of interest to people?
We are just looking at the costs involved in casting a batch.

Bryan

As previously stated - the LH in either casting. I never really noticed an improvement in the later version. The pipe mounting flange still being the weak point.

Your 110 screen wash jet is novel. Though I would have thought the JRA protector (shield) would have been a better alternative or as the ultimate compliment buy to your jet.

The brackets for the original Stage 1 bumper (NRC4184 and NRC4336) would be easy to remanufacture and handy.

Its been a while since I updated this thread so here is where we are at with the parts I have remanufactured and stock

- Front Halfshafts
- CV joints Kits with Drive flanges
- Swivel balls Kits
- Upper swivel pin (kingpin)
- Railko bush
- Oil seal retainer (small pressed bit)
- Heater Valve
- Bonnet Locks

We are just looking at the stub axle as that would be the final part on the front axle which we can supply.

So onto the next stage one part :)
