How can I remove the restrictors?

How can I remove the restrictors without breaking? I have removed the air intake manifold but I do not know how to access the internal clip that holds the restrictors (ERC3729).

Finally the restrictors are out. I followed disco2hse advices, I created threaded holes and I inserted 10 mm screws. Then I slowly extracted restrictors with a impact extractor pulling the screws.

The inlet manifold has not been damaged.

Restrictors are out.

I pulled my restrictors out last week.

One restrictor came out using a slide hammer (bearing puller).

The other restrictor needed the inlet manifold removed, then the clip released from the inside of the inlet manifold.
