Replacement heater valve

As the original valves appear to be made from unobtanium, does this appear to be a much cheaper and yet, still suitable replacement?

You could buy the proper one on fleaBay for £195.00 :shock:

Not cricket, but I just bypassed mine. No hot air enters the cab unless you have the fan on. If you need cool air just switch the air con flaps on :lol:

later "classic" Mini or I think MK1 Golf will suit, never got round to looking at these properly.
