manifold fixed

Gaskets now on correctly.

Also to note! the pin on the water pump that faces with the pulley was slightly over size so when I tightened up the fan it pushed back through and jammed the pulley! - Watch out for this on third party pumps...

Need a new lead for no8 as in my excitement managed to get it caught up in the fan belt :(

Once that is sorted I'll get it all timed up, check that it moves up and down the drive way (make a film) and then swap in the nice new carbs.

well having broken the manifold, removed the EGR, fixed some pipe work and nearly there with the replacement manifold here's some pictures!

Well done so far. Those carbs do add a bit of bling :D

moved out of the garage and around on the drive!

treated it to a wash, sorted the seat runners, put new seat belts in. Now for a horn and to book an MOT!

standard kit from Sams Trim - Securon I think.
