Billing forum meet.

Post by jonnyboy »

Does anyone fancy a forum meet up at billing this year?

BBQ, a few beers etc

How about seeing if we can get a Stage 1 V8 parade around the arena?

Billing Meet up

Post by gary_in_nz »

Hi, sounds like a nice idea, maybe we should make a go of it for the 60th aniversary in 2008, i would be interested on making the effort to head over from NZ, where abouts is it in england?? i have been there in 1995 when I was ten that was around the south east, around kent and lots of other places, shakespares birth place bla bla bla etc... touristy things i guess. My highlight of the trip was Buealie Motor Musseum (do excuse the bad spelling), as i got to touch a real McLarren F1 ahahaha.

What do you guys think??

hi,
l dont mind meeting up, be nice to have a look at others stage 1's.
mine wont be running by this year, still trying to cut off and replace the lhs spring hanger and get the engine running

it would be good if we could get a stage1 convoy at the 60th next year.
hopfully see you all at billing

This will be the first year that I will not be there. Due to my new job in Edinburgh, time is a wee bit tight.
