I'm game...and the Better Half has said she is too! So before she changes her mind I'm going to book it, camping 'n all. Be good to see some other Stage 1's there.

Regards,

John

I’ve blown the front brakes on my Stage 1 so I’ll need to get that fixed before I confirm, but time and parts permitting I shall be booking a slot although it will only be for the actual run on the Sunday so a very early start!!! It’s for a good cause so it would be good to see some other Stage 1’s in attendance.

I’ve sent off my application but I still have a broken Land Rover as the parts have not arrived yet!!! Looks like I will be changing the brakes in the dark one evening next week…

Apologies for not posting sooner, both my computer and I have been sick! Booked on the run, camping Saturday night...though the Better Half soon changed her mind. The more the merrier...!!!

John

The London to Brighton run was excellent fun. Over 800 Land Rovers of all creeds took part of which three of them were 3 Stage 1’s including mine. A great bunch of people there and it was good to meet another fellow Stage 1 owner. I didn’t take many pictures as all the vehicles were photographed when leaving London and again arriving at Brighton. Samples of these can be seen on the link below. See if you can spot the Stage 1’s…

Hmm. Couldn't get into the site to see the photos. Could be that I blocked the cookies, which I tend to do unless I know they are not going to be used for tracking, and I avoid sites that only you access if you accept their cookies (which interestingly enough are often asp driven pages, guess it's a MS thing).
