I'm bidding on a set on the bay at the moment....
Now... I'm asking you all not to counter bid me as I'm intending to scan them in and have them remade and well sell them on at cost if anyone wants them.

I lost the auction - but have been given a 2nd chance offer at £40.
Is this worth it?
Happy to go for it but just want to make sure this is not over the odds.

do you have a link to the pictures?? any sign writer with half a clue should be able to copy the originals. i got mine copied. my brother was into doing sign writing, he did everything from trucks to headstones.

Hi Seb,
They're rare items are they OE's ? I've been looking for a set for about a year now, not sure if I'd pay £40 though. How much would you charge for a copy? If you get enough takers perhaps we could pay a little more to cover some of your cost of obtaining the originals.

Hi Seb, Go for it...I'm happy to contribute towards your total costs. Am sure others will crawl out of the woodwork too, especially once copies are done. Probably a bit steep but reckon you might get more than your money back eventually.

Don't know how much copies are, if it's £20 and we chip in £5 to you that would mean 6 people from here would contribute £30 to your costs.
