Slightly longer answer, what is your definition of "arm"?

to replace arm FRC1940 with relevant S3 4 cyl arm.
seems quite similar but is not.
What I found is that someone already managed to accomplish this with set of shims:

Guessing then that you want 530991.

I do need 530990 now found out that with the kit I can use it in place of FRC1940
