I'm looking to acquire and have shipped to the U.K. a 109" Australian Army Full Tilt Canvas (vehicle is 1978). Can anybody help?

You've got Buckleys unless you want a knackered rag.
The whole issue of soft tops in Australia is a joke. If you want one locally it would be an import, most likely an Exmoor.

If by some miracle you could find one is it for a GS or FFR?

There was also another fella making exact copies for all series 2a and 3 Australian Military Vehicles in North QLD but the REMLR site should point you in that direction. (I purchased a 1/2 ton trailer canopy from him and it was excellent quality)
