The original hazard warning switch is a Lucas one, still commonly available on ebay, eg:

Not so the fog light switch, which is also Lucas. Since it's a pretty simple switch, there's lots of similar alternative replacements that'll fit but the nearest thing I can find to the original (in looks) is a 'military' (apparently) one - PRC2888 - widely available, eg:

but, mysteriously, although it seems to contain a bulb holder, the knob is absolutely opaque and so does not light up, so to be legal you will have to wire in a separate warning light - unless you already have the orange knob (which will screw right on to replace the opaque one) - might need some extra/altered wiring to make switch light up (and a bulb of course)
