Some will like this, some wont... (Picture Heavy)

At the risk of posting something that many rover purists will be angry about, I'm gonna post it anyway.

What do you get when you mix a 71' VW Superbeetle

With a 95' Disco

Well if you couldn't guess, something like this...

A little something like this.
What we get is a V8, fuel injected All Wheel Drive beetle. Suprisingly, the wheelbase was only off by about 2 inches or so. Nothing fiberglass Bug fenders cant take care of. It may need 38" tires or so just to look right. Also surprising is the shock towers line up almost perfectly! Its like it was made for it...

And just to put this out there for the people who would suggest we tore apart 2 perfectly good cars, both donor vehicles were not in the best of shape. As a matter of fact, the disco came out of the scrap yard with major floor issues and electrical problems.
This is but one of our current projects under way. We'll be sure to keep you updated :P

Seen quite a number of bodies added to Disco and Rangie chassis'. Not sure that it will add much that is useful but it is interesting.

Adding a forward control body would be very useful.
