VIN plates

Turns out that my Stage 1 has no VIN plate. I had always thought that it was under the carpet that someone had spray glued to the bulkhead, there was even a cut out flap in the carpet for it, but I never looked for it.

It has a repeater plate on the drivers seat base and this is what the MoT people have always used. Anyway, I have seen a website where you can buy VIN plates, but I don't know what they should look like for a Stage 1 (do they say BL, Land Rover etc).

If anyone could post a photo of theirs, I'd be grateful.

Hi Larry - I'll try and take a photo today, but here's a new from eBay that says it's correct for the Stage 1, it certainly looks the same as the one on my Landy.
