Over Drive - Trans Tunnel Install
I finally got my over drive installed on my gearbox. I installed the proper Stage One shifting levers and am now trying to put the trans tunnel back on. Here, I am stuck. I cut a small hole in the tunnel per the instructions - but the small hole is not enough. There needs to be a great big hole to a...

Overdrive on E-Bay for sale - In UK

That could be me
I have a unknown age / condition LT95 gearbox in the floor of the garage. I bought it because it was attached to an overdrive. I think it came from a Range Rover. It does not have a bell housing attached. I have my Stage One tore to bits now - for a seperate project. The Stage One's gearbox has the ...

All-in-one unit
It looks like the Starter and solenoid are intergrated rather than seperate as in a Series III. Is that right?
None of those parts catalogs list a Stage One - so I was cross matching to a Range Rover Classic - is that what you did?

Starter Question
I am getting my Land Rover sprayed with a bed liner. So, it is not with me at the moment and at the shop where it will be sprayed. The project to get this done has gone on a long time - as these custom one off type of things are apt to do. And we all know what happens to Land Rovers over time - they...

You possibly spoke to Creed Evans?
Did you contact Big Sky Rovers? Creed Evans, the owner, has a reputation for having extreme opinions on all things. Do some searching on his name in google to get a more complete picture. He also sells imported Candadian Defender parts to Series owners as an upgrade path so the Stage One is a threat...

Haggle
The seller of this truck might move on his price (might not... but might). I have seen the stuff he moves and it is generally spendy but always top quality.
A LHD Stage One is a pretty rare beast and this one does look good. If nothing else, it is good sleepy time dream material.

The guy I deal with in the UK has this very pretty Stage One for sale. It is a LHD making it ideal for the US or other non-UK market.
