Hi Aidan, sounds like some fun! A tenner plus p&p secures. I paid twenty something for it (ebay) recently, but it came with rest of dash console which I can use...so surely a bargain? I'm even up in Harrogate this weekend if any use.

Aidan, A few months ago I was having a chat with Richard at LR Orphanage, before he sold his Stage 1, and I believe it had a SWB speedo. If this is so, let me know, as I've got a spare 1376.

Not sorted it yet but am quite sure its the speedo pinion drive in the transfer box that's the cause in my case. What TPM number is on your speedo?

Unfortunately I'm not able to offer much in the way of objective advice at present as I've only had the Stage 1 a few weeks, it came with the parabolics fitted and I've done no towing or meaningful load carrying with it. It does ride much better than the three other 109's I've owned, all on standard...

Can see part numbers are same for Stage 1's...query in my last post regarding different TPM numbers was just out of curiosity; had realized (at long last!) speedo head is not the issue with my vehicle.
