Send me an email to disco2hse@gmail.com. I'll send you the V8 supplement that has a few pages of wiring diagrams for various regions and optional extras.
How did you fit a sensor to the choke cable? My choke cable is rubbish but you can't get the original and I want the choke light to come on.

Re: Restoration
Sand bags on the ground, tied to the corners and half way along the sides should prevent lift off.

A cheapish PVC tarp would cover it for the winter.

Good stuff.
For mine, George, because it was delivered to NZ CKD, the actual build date is uncertain. But the 40th is coming up soon.

With the price of 95 octane, it would pay for itself after a couple of fills

I saw this on other pages on FB. The general consensus seems to be that it is likely to be a cut down chassis and not originally an 88.

Well done. Is the bonnet buckled? I've had to take my spare off mine for that reason and haven't yet found a way to straighten and repair it.
Not sure where to get a suitable bonnet from either.

Re: LT95 front output clunk
You sure that's where it's coming from? You sure is it not elsewhere in the drive line?
Can't help you with the LT95 innards but it seems the tif there is no noise until it is all connected up, then the cause may be elsewhere.

Choke cable?
I need to replace the choke cable
Now that they are made from unobtainium, what are people using? I hear the One Ten and Ninety cables are too short. I don't want to lose the dash light.

Re: Radiator for Stage 1 in NZ
Unlikely. Just take it to a good quality radiator repairer and have it recored. I got mine recored with a triple core and have no issues with it since (still been getting hot this summer, but road temps of 40ºC+ will push it up). While it's out, replace the water pump too. They are reaching end of l...

When I had to get such hard to find info for my Thomas winch (I wanted to convert it from electric to PTO), I went to the manufacturer, only to learn the company had been sold, so I went to the new owners. After some haggling and convincing, I managed to get them to send me the working drawings for ...

Re: After Market Steel Wheels in NZ
Hi, Not sure if you are still looking. If this is a for an ex-NZDF 109 V8, be careful of the offset. IIRC, more modern wheels tend to bring the inner rim too close to the chassis wall because later axles were wider and may have included disc brakes, etc. That being said, I have seen several with Dis...

I do envy you. I would love to have a Stage 1 HCPU. Is it running 900x16 tyres?
