Mine would misfire when revved or under load but drive, start and run fine. After weeks of playing with carbs, plugs and timing I discovered that the coil and ballast resistor wiring although looking fine was at fault. I chopped all the spade connectors off and soldered on new ones. It runs like a d...

Hey MattV8,
I've just gone the weber route. Everything is great apart from hot starting. What's yours like. If I switch off and immediately restart then no problems. If I leave it for ten minutes it needs loads of gas pedal to fire..

Also what did you do about fuel return.

Terry I may take you up the offer. Quick question for you on another subject.
I'm getting some 1 tonne wheels what size tires did you fit on them. I only ask as the picture of you and your lad with the LRO V8 (sadly now sold) showed a new set of boots that look a decent size.

Nice truck. I'm thinking of sourcing a CSW body and converting mine. Has anyone seen LRO this month with the Series 2 Truck cab conversion. It's started me thinking.

You can get it in either with twin points or electronic module that fits in place of the points. Also any ide...
