how much?

Thats a fair chunk of money!

Also they are a bit brash. It would be nice to remake them a little smaller.

"Land Rover V8" decals

Any idea if these still exist? These are the ones that run down the rear panel on either side.

Or if someone has a really good photo I can get them remade?

I spotted those pics when surfing recently. Looks like lots of work to do.

What's it like underneath?

time

it's time that is the problem. Fabricating the repair etc is easy (remove c post cover, clean, weld, seal) - the ns took less than two hours. Finding the two hours was significantly more tricky!!!

found more holes

Need to do the os c post too.

Also found a very scary fitment of the passenger front seat belt (not attached to chassis... it is now)

no holes

that's the c post and passenger floor welded up - not pretty but good and with a coat of undercoat looks good. Will add some top coat later today.

Was a bit cold and wet for welding this weekend though!

new gauge

Put an after market gauge and sender in while changing the oil pressure one, made a nice pair. Any way for now the temp seems less scary too cold if anything! So what should the normal running temp be?

Stage 1 spares

looks like this person is breaking a a couple of stage ones.

for example:

if you need some odd spares it's worth contacting him I think.

but

the SD1 was destined for the American market so it had enlarged valves and valves. According to some this means that it'll run on Unleaded.

Early engines will not, even though they are steel seats.
