Make that 63 and 96, mine came off SORN last month. We're back on the road!

As far as I am aware this is the only kit available.

If it is suitable for Stage 1, RHD or LHD is another matter:

Yes, helps to know the registration number.

Sometimes vehicles are registered in blocks by dealers and fleet users, so if you search either side of the target number you sometimes find more vehicles.

Only problem is, 109 V8 details can appear to be the same as Range-Rover 'Classic'.

Go here:

https://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPo ... =directgov

Click on 'Vehicle enquiry'

Follow instructions.

Information is very limited, but useful for date of first registration and see if your old motors are still kicking about and have had engine transplants.

Hi,

Is it plain type or spare wheel type?

I am actually after the Stage 1 Spare Wheel Retainer and Clamp Plate. Slightly different to early 110.

Regards,

Paul

I too have looked into this piece of magnificent BL engineering when mine finally died. On disassembly, inside is a spring loaded plastic washer with the remains of a rubber seal. As mentioned previously the valve seems to act as a shuttle and doubles up as a converter, as the pipes on the engine ar...

Final appeal for a Hot Air Intake Tower

Wanted, as above, any condition. The 'flat' base type.

Part number ERC 6373.

If no luck, I am resigned to making one. Can anyone provide a dimension for the overall height?

Regards,

Paul.

Has it got a modified Defender bulkhead?

Pressing in front of the gear lever and Defender style rain channel on the engine side?

Or where these features introduced in 1981/82?

This may help, a link from the RPi website:

You may not be able to determine orientation without partial disassembly.

RTC 8063 = Free Wheel Hubs for 110 with selectable 2 and 4 wheel drive.

Page 268 of parts catalogue. Page I9 of microfiche.

Transfer box was modified and any subsequent replacement was to fit the full time t/box.

I should think a 2/4WD 110 is now a collectors item....probably rarer than a Stage 1.
