Try Marslands, they do a specific chassis for the Stage 1 V8.I have a Galvy chassis on the HiCap, i was told it was Marslands. Found any blue paint yet?

I've been tentatively chattin to my son about a trip to France in the Spring. Not offroading, just get away for a week camping. Whats the price of petrol out there? Gas is widley available.

While we'er on gearboxes. The constant whooshing coming from my gearbox after shes warmed is a tired bearing i am thinking. What other suggestions do you have. Might the oil be wrong in mine?

When i went to Malvern in the HiCap last August, i had the OD in all the time. Made the trip much easier. Steady 75 all the way.I think i even did some overtaking! Never did that before in a Series motor. I have a spare OD if anyone is looking for one. Good, i've tested it. 200.

I was intoLWB 2/2as before i got Stage 1 fever. The last one i sold was a 63 2a with a diesel which never failed to start no matter how long i left her. Buy it!

Me & my son would like to do a run to the Continent one day.Its a bit scary though. Malvern was far enough but the old Stage 1 breezed it with the overdrive.
