I think britpart or someone makes a cheapish knockoff part. Check ebay or similar, I think you'll find it not too bad. The guy from dunedin (I think) on tm does new indicator stalks on occasion too.... bj(add numbers here)...?

I scored a genuine one off tm, new, for $15 a while ago.

Doesn't help you much though, I'd go for the soldering, and hope for the best.

Hey, just wondering, when you pulled your intermediate shaft, how did it look, condition wise? When I put my high range gear set in (I just put in 2nd hand RR ones), the original, the donor, and, my spare LT 95 had horribly worn intermediate shafts where the high range gear sits (of course). Having ...

Got my sump, but had to pay $75. Ouch. :( I actually got given a couple, one was from an old 70's rangie and the baffle was not right (attached to the main caps by the look) and the inside of the sump was rusty as hell. I could have made up a baffle and tacked it in place I spose. The other one was ...

I don't but really I would be putting pressure on them to replace it. Of course the usual suspects exist: Terry Kelk at Heritage Mechanical on the Concourse, Henderson; Morris at Stag 4 x 4, New Lynn; Marcel at Mamaku 4WD, and pretty much anyone else who does Rover V8's. So, you were getting it dip...

Kiwis, alert! Wanted desperately, sump with baffle.
