Where on your radiator is it leaking? I am looking for ideas on how to find my suspect water thief. It's towards one end low down. I think that you need to try and check when it's cooled down a bit after running. While it's hot the coolant just evaporates and once it's cooled it's not under pressur...

The manual says 5.4 litres + 0.5 litres for a new filter.

The ERR3340 genuine part oil filter has 8 holes and is about 10cm long and 9.5cm diameter.

Yes, the 1 ton rims are wider as well as having more offset.

I've dug out the one which I believe to be from a Rangie but I can't find a part number on it. Although it's in one piece it's fairly rusty and what I thought might be the part number on the casting isn't legible. I've got one which came off a Rangie and should be the same part (stashed away remotely, so I can't check right now). If Jon can't find a decent one in his pile of bits let me know and I'll investigate.
