Re: Gumtree again
More from scumtree. I think the waffle translates to he bought it for a song and now wants to pay off his house in one hit. https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/wynnum/cars-vans-utes/landrover-1980-series-3-stage-1-3-9l-isuzu-diesel-utility/1280906407?utm_source=criteo&utm_medium=retargeting&utm...

Re: Restoration

Re: Restoration
but does anyone have a reliable wiring diagram for UK spec 1981 model year 109V8 Stage 1? Sorry. Nope. Imagine how hard it was with the military version in NZDF where they "adapted" things to suit. Even birds would turn their beak up at the mess in my binnacle  From the photos...

Re: Alice to the road!!
Interesting. Is that a parabolic spring set?

Re: some exotic Stage 1 in Germany
Ahh but the burble of a V8 stirs the heart!
I have no idea what the folder is

Re: some exotic Stage 1 in Germany
Completed the right front fender. The trained eye immediately recognizes that there is one missing "Nothing", so a hole! :) Heating wasn't really necessary for Dubai. Therefore there is no hole where you can suck in air. It is more likely that it is off a LHD vehicle? Ours do not have hol...

Re: some exotic Stage 1 in Germany
It reminds me of the cross member I made to replace the bulldozer blade under the transmission. I wish the original manufacturer had taken so much care, but then I would never have been able to afford the one I have  Come to think of it, I need to keep mine because I cannot afford to buy one no...

Re: Restoration
It will take a while. But the issues were the space inside the wings and where the pipes come out in relation to the chassis rails and the cross member underneath. Also, the D1 pipes are larger in diameter. Don't know about those ones.
