Thanks, I will start to filter my way through them. I've got the name Sams stuck in my head for some reason. What I do remember is they were running full page adds but haven't noticed them since. Yes, I e-mailed Exmoor last week but haven't heard anything as yet. and don't really expect to. I'm not ...

Trimmers
Does anyone know or remember who the other UK trim company was that had been advertising in the glossy Land-Rover magazines about a year ago (door cards, seat cover etc.)?
Just tried some of Exmoor's and wasn't impressed.

Front (Rover) diff cage
Does anyone which diff cage is fitted to the Rover diff? Or if there is more than one, what the change point is? I know there is the early "split pin" version and the later is "circlip". But were both fitted to our period of production? (The diff centre pin is secured by either a...

There is restrictor in the manifold below each carburettor. Therefore two per vehicle. Depending on precisely which model you have, the distributor advance maybe different. Needles are simply vehicle specific, as the Ser III weighs a lot more than a Range-rover etc. Otherwise that's all! However the...

It's all standard Lucas colour coding. There shouldn't be any problem. As opposed to some one going through the entire system for you, which features haven't you connected to? You should be short two wires at the oil filter head If your loom has been butchered, buy a new one. They are cheaper than a...

drag link initial setting
Has anyone found the initial setting dimensions for the drag link?
All my manuals cover the longitudinal rod and track rod but nothing for the V8's drag link. Whereas 4 and 6 cylinder models do.
